Phase One - Design & Contract

​The estimate and contract is proceeded once the full scope of project has been outlined. The cost of construction widely varies on the level of finishing combined with the size of your project. 


Phase Two - Permit Process & Construction

Once the design of your custom home is complete, our team handles every step to get the plan approved by the city. This is a process that our team has executed many times and this experience allows us to see almost any issue before it comes up. This part of the process is something that you do not need to worry about at all, our team handles all of these details.
