Scheduling a risk free consultation with our team is the first step to getting started. You will get the chance to meet one on one with Keith and an in house project designer to discuss the dream home that you have envisioned. We will guide you through this conversation as we try to give you an overview of what to expect when building your own home as well as any questions you have. From this conversation we will understand specific needs, scope, timeline and budget for you project.
Once we understand some of the critical components of your dream home, we will start working with the perfect architect to craft your home. We have been working with a network of architects over the years ensuring we can offer the appropriate vision to each client.
The estimate and contract is proceeded once the full scope of project has been outlined. The cost of construction widely varies on the level of finishing combined with the size of your project.
Phase Two - Permit Process & Construction

Once the design of your custom home is complete, our team handles every step to get the plan approved by the city. This is a process that our team has executed many times and this experience allows us to see almost any issue before it comes up. This part of the process is something that you do not need to worry about at all, our team handles all of these details.
Once the plans are approved by the city we begin construction on your building site. The time frame for this is dependant on many variables including the size of the project and the complexity of construction. During this phase you will meet regularly with Keith and an in house designer to start choosing some of your finishing details. Standing inside your master bathroom you can select the exact tub and vanity you would like and see it in the computer as a 3D rendering.
Once framing is complete, our experienced sub trades will follow behind and install your services including electrical, plumbing and home automation. We will meet with our smart home development programmer to discuss the various automation options that will fit you and your family best.
Phase Three - Final Details & Move In

Once drywall is installed in your home, the final pieces will come together rapidly as multiple trades come in to finish their work. Flooring will be installed and cabinetry will follow shortly afterwards. Our top quality finishing carpenters will install crown moulding, baseboard and any wainscotting details you have chosen.
